APR was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the 4th and 5th of June 2024. Mr. Shirgholami, deputy of the Institute for Political and International Studies, attended the Roundtable on behalf of the Institute and gave a speech at the Middle East meeting. On the sidelines of this Roundtable, he met with Professor Faiz, the chairman of the Institute of Strategic & International Studies (ISIS) of Malaysia and the organizer of the Roundtable, Dr. Maszlee bin Malik, the chairman of the Center for Islamic Studies and the chairman of the Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia, and exchanged views on the cooperation of the two sides.
