In this ceremony, Dr. Bagheri and the professors of Tehran universities reviewed the intellectual dimensions and practical role-playing of Dr. Amir-Abdollahian in the field of foreign policy and identified the neighborhood policy, synergy with independent countries and emerging powers, and deterrence as three basic elements in the policy-making of the 13th government and the ministry of Dr. Amir-Abdollahian. His special interest and effort in scientific issues, experience of sacred defense, following the path of administrative evolution from expert to ministry, correct understanding of national interests and Islamic revolution, eliminating the conflict between the field and diplomacy, diversifying the platforms of multilateral diplomacy, strengthening multilateralism and playing the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in this field and paying attention to balanced foreign policy as effective factors in shaping his intellectual and scientific system were mentioned and reviewed.
