Pre-meeting of the national conference "The Role of Science and Technology in Sacred Defense."

The pre-meeting of the national conference "The Role of Science and Technology in Sacred Defense" titled "The Role of National and International Cooperation Networks and diplomacy in Removing Scientific and technological bottlenecks of Sacred Defense" was held with the presence of Dr. Mohammad Hassan Shaykh al-Islami, the President of Institute for Political and International Studies, and a group of managers, senior experts and researchers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

In this pre-meeting, discussions aimed at studying the role and position of science and technology in the era of sacred defense and taking advantage of the lessons learned in the future, as well as the role and contribution of the diplomatic body in providing equipment for the realization of security, national interests and the convergence as much as possible were discussed.

The second national conference, "The Role of Science and Technology in Sacred Defense," will be held in November 2026 with the cooperation of study groups of various organizations.
