Pre-meeting "the opportunities and obstacles of the development of Makran region."

The second joint meeting of the Institute for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Secretariat of the Makran Development Supreme Council titled "Evaluation of international and regional opportunities and obstacles for the development of the Makran region, proposed strategies" was held with the presence of Siavash Rahpeyk, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Makran Coastal Development Council, Khalil Shirgholami, Deputy of research and studies of the Institute for Political and International Studies, some managers, university professors and senior experts on October 18, 2023.

In this meeting, opportunities, governance, law, legal, economic, and infrastructural challenges for the development of Makran coasts, as well as the attraction of domestic and foreign capitals for the development of corridors and the use of these coasts as drivers of the country's development, were discussed.

The investment attraction conference for the development of the Makran region will be held in Chabahar port in January this year.
