<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">On Tuesday morning, March 18, 2025, Dr. Khatibzadeh, Head of the Center for Political and International Studies (CPIS) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, articulated Iran's perspectives during the specialized panel session titled "The Emerging Global Order" at the Raisina Dialogue. This session featured the participation of several heads from the world's most prominent think tanks.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">In his remarks, he addressed significant global, international, and regional trends and outlined the initiatives undertaken by the Islamic Republic of Iran aimed at strengthening and consolidating positive developments. Dr. Khatibzadeh further criticized the destructive and irresponsible approach of the United States of America, as well as the weak performance demonstrated by Europe, emphasizing the necessity for an accurate understanding of the realities concerning Iran and the wider region. Additionally, highlighting the importance of small multilateral structures, he characterized the formation and evolution of key international initiatives, such as BRICS, as a reaction to the increasing trend towards international disorder and the erosion of established international rules and norms.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">The tenth Raisina Dialogue, held annually as India's premier international conference and jointly organized by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation, commenced yesterday in New Delhi. This two-day event hosts numerous government officials, heads of think tanks, representatives from major economic corporations, and international media outlets.</p>
