<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Ms. Roza Otunbayeva, the United Nations Special Representative for Afghanistan and Head of UNAMA, gave a speech in a meeting attended by researchers and senior experts of the C Institute for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday, May 13, 2024. Pointing to the importance of the third round of the Doha meeting regarding the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan, Ms. Otunbayeva emphasized that she has met and discussed with some officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran for further coordination regarding this meeting. She also emphasized the need to pay attention to Afghanistan's many problems, including poverty, unemployment, climate change, and human rights, and to find practical and clear solutions within the framework of regional and international negotiations centered on the United Nations.</p>
