The 4th International Conference on Imam Khomeini and Foreign Policy
Justice in Politics, International relations and International system
Achieving Justice in Politics, International Relations and International System has obviously been a long awaited ideal of human being. Moreover, the core objective of all Divine religions, particularly Holy Islam, has been the establishment of justice and the spread of equity throughout the world.
Despite consensus over the need for implementing justice, views are different and sometimes divergent amongst the experts, government officials and international institutions as how to achieve its materialization.
Many wars have taken place in real pursuit or false pretention of establishing justice. Likewise, extensive cooperation is made to shape international, Governmental and non-Governmental organizations so as to achieve peace based on justice. Nevertheless, the objective is still faced with complexities and difficulties.
Taking note of the importance of the subject, the IPIS with collaboration of the University of Isfahan have decided to devote the theme of "The 4th International Conference on Imam Khomeini and Foreign Policy to be held in June 2010, on the 21st Anniversary of the demise of Late Imam Khomeini, to the subject;
"Justice in Politics, International Relations and International System"
Thematic topics to be discussed are set to be as follows:

Justice in Politics, meanings and concepts,

Justice in International Relations, meanings and concepts,
-
The theoretical foundations of justice,
-
Justice in International Relations, from the Islamic perspective,
-
The relations between justice and national interest and/or benefits,
-
The role of justice in international security,
-
The role of International organizations in promoting justice,
-
Justice and good Governance,
-
The role of justice in International trade and Economy.
Those interested in participation may kindly send an Abstract, in an A-4 size paper in the Word-Format along with a short CV by April 19, 2010. The complete paper may then be sent by May 10, 2010 to either of the addresses below:

الندوة الدولية عن الامام الخميني (ره) و السياسة الخارجية
" موقع العدالة في السياسة، العلاقات و النظام الدولي "
يعتبر الوصول الى العدالة في السياسة و النظام الدولي من التطلعات القديمة للانسان كما تمثل إقامة العدالة و إشاعة القسط في المجتمع الانساني، المحور الأساس للأديان الالهية سيما دين الاسلام المقدس .
و رغم اتفاق الجميع على ضرورة اقامة العدالة و اجراءها هناك خلافات في وجهات نظر المفكرين و الدبلوماسيين و المؤسسات المعنية حول كيفية اقامتها . كم هي كثيرة الحروب التي قد شنّت من أجل إقامة العدالة أو بذريعة إقامتها. لكن في المقابل تم التعاون بشكل واسع و في إطار تأسيس المنظمات الدولية و الحكومية و الشعبية للوصول الى السلام الذي يستند على العدل و رغم بذل كل هذه الجهود، ان العدالة و لم تزل، تواجه مشاكل عويصة في عملية تحققها .
نظرا لأهمية الموضوع، يعتزم معهد الدراسات السياسية و الدولية لوزارة خارجية الجمهورية الاسلامية الايرانية و بالتعاون مع قسم العلوم السياسية في جامعة اصفهان، عقد الندوة الدولية الرابعة لـ " الإمام الخميني(ره) و السياسة الخارجية " تحت عنوان " موقع العدالة في السياسة ، العلاقات و النظام الدولي " في شهر حزيران 2010 متزامنا مع الذكرى الـ 21 لرحيل الإمام الخميني(ره) .

- - المبادئ النظرية للعدالة
- - نظرة الاسلام الى العدالة في العلاقات الدولية
- - علاقة العدالة مع المصالح الوطنية
- - دور العدالة في الأمن الدولي
- - دور المنظمات الدولية في اقامة العدالة
- - العدالة و القيادة المؤهلة
- - العدالة في الاقتصاد و التجارة الدولية
بإمكان الراغبين في المشاركة ارسال موضوع المقال و خلاصته في ورق واحد من نوع A4 في برنامج /word/ لغاية 19 نيسان /ابريل2010 و ارسال المقال و خلاصة السيرة الذاتية للكاتب لغاية 10 أيار /مايو 2010 الى الأمانة العامة للندوة الى احد العنوانيين التاليين :
